BREAKING NEWS...

(September 25th, 2007) Lisa has been very busy over the last year with the Canadian Wheelchair Basketball team. They have traveled to Japan, Australia, and Brazil. The won the silver medal at the ParaPanAm Games in August.

NEWS...

(July 17, 2006) Lisa just returned from Amsterdam where she was competing at the World Championships for wheelchair basketball. Team Canada won the gold medal!! Now she is back to Saskatoon to start work in the Engineering field.

(March 13, 2006) Lisa has been voted as 'The Greatest Moose Javian'! Thanks for everyone who voted, what an honour!

(November 2005) After much deliberation Lisa has decided to take a break from racing, and is training for basketball with the hopes of making the Canadian team. She is also attending her last semester of Mechanical Engineering and will be graduating in April 2006. Stay tuned...

(September 2004) Lisa just finished competing at the 2004 Athens Paralympics. She brought home two gold and broke two world records in the 200m and 400m races. Welcome home, Canada is proud of our athletes!
