Merry Christmas everyone!  Some good news: Santa spoiled me and I now have a digital camera!!!  I have posted a few pictures from Christmas in MSN.
Click here to see family pictures and here to view me and my friends.

UPDATED OCTOBER 8, 2002

Good day!  Things are pretty hectic around here with school and basketball, so the website is suffering a little bit!  I was in Ottawa at the end of September for the Millennium Scholarship Conference again.  It was very inspiring and I came home with lots of ideas for the U of S.  I have also been named to the 2003 Saskatchewan Jeux Canada Games team!!  We head to New Brunswick in the new year and I can't wait.  That's all for now folks!  Stay tuned to find out how badly my midterms went :)

UPDATED SEPTEMBER 1, 2002

Not much is new here: I've been back in Saskatoon for a few days.  So far it's been a blast.  I will be sharing a few pictures from the events very soon so stay posted.

UPDATED AUGUST 14, 2002

I've added a few pictures to the
photo gallery.  They're mostly from France.  I've been having some problems with my webhost so I apologize if the page is not working very well.  Also, I stand corrected - I did get to see a small part of Lille (referring to last update) thanks to our awesome attache Greg!  Thanks man you're awesome!

UPDATED JULY 30, 2002

Well, I'm back in Canada now.  The trip home was almost unbearable, but I finally arrived last night.  I am disappointed that I didn't get to see ANYTHING in Paris.  Heck, I didn't even get to see any of Lille except the hotel and the track.  Canada did exceptionally well - placing second (ahead of the US).  It's going to take a few weeks to post the pictures from France, but I have added a few
news articles.  Anyways, I'm heading to the lake soon for a little R & R.

UPDATED JULY 27, 2002

More great news.  I finished off the 2002 World Championships by winning the 200 meter race this afternoon.  That makes four gold medals in the 100, 200, 400, & 800.  I return to Canada on Monday.  Have a good one everybody!

UPDATED JULY 23, 2002
Great news!  I won the 100 meter final yesterday.  I am now officially le champion de monde aka the World Champion.  The race went exceptionally well and I can't wait for my next events.  I have the 800 final tomorrow, the 400 on Friday, and the 200 on Saturday.  I expect a strong showing in each.  Still haven't seen any of the sights  in Paris :(
Gotta go cheer on the rest of the team.  GO CANADA!!!!!!!!!

UPDATED JULY 18, 2002

Bonjour!  I am in France right now.  I arrived a few days ago in Paris,  but we were shipped off to Lille right away,  so I have not had a chance to see any of the sights.  I have five races so I am extremely busy.  Hopefully after competition I will be able to make it back to Paris for a day.  I must go now - see everyone very soon.

UPDATED JULY 12, 2002
I'm back in Moose Jaw for a few days - then I'm off to Paris for the 2002 IPC World Championships.
I will be adding some pictures to the gallery today or tomorrow so look for those!
Au revoir everyone.

UPDATED JUNE 26, 2002
Well, I spoke at Peacock's Cap and Gown Ceremony this morning.  I think the speech went ok, despite how nervous I was.  I have posted a copy on the
public speaking page.  I also just found out that Metro is cancelled, so I will NOT be going to Toronto tomorrow :(

A special treat for you - I have added pictures of baby Kyla, and also from my past year in university!  Wahooo!  They are, of course, in the
photo gallery.  Some other minor changes were made to the awards and video pages.  Well, that's all for now folks.  Ciao!

UPDATED JUNE 25, 2002
I know I promised more updates and changes to the site, but I've been away for the last few months and I don't have access to the net.  So........be patient and don't send me anymore nasty e-mails (just kidding)!

Well, a LOT has changed since my last update.  I finished exams in April then I went to Victoria for a track meet.  Then I came home and moved to the lake for the summer.  I've just been training and hanging out there for the past two months.  I've been spending time SeaDooing and fishing.  It's the life.  If anyone is up around Candle Lake you better give me a shout - but since we don't have a phone or a computer, phone my family in Moose Jaw and they'll get ahold of me.  Complicated stuff :)

Oh, and big news - Kelly & Tara had a baby girl, Kyla Marie.  She was born on May 31st.  She's my first niece and Colton's first sibling.

I am in Moose Jaw for a day or two, then off to Toronto for another meet.  Then back to the lake for a few weeks and then to Europe in the middle of July for the World Championships!  I am speaking at Peacock's grad tomorrow, so I should probably get working on my speech!  Take care and have a great summer.

UPDATED APRIL 8, 2002
Well, it finally happened - I turned the big 2-0 on Saturday.  I feel so old.  I guess I can no longer blame my inmaturity on being a teen!  In other news, the Young Guns played extremely well at the Junior National Championships in Vancouver.  We are finally building a solid developmental league in Saskatchewan.  Give us 3 years and watch out.

Tomorrow is the last day of classes, then I'm off to Regina for a CPA awards dinner.  Then I'm locking myself in my room to study!  Good luck with finals everyone.

UPDATED MARCH 15, 2002
Not much is new with me.  I've just been busy with basketball, school, student council, and track!  The Young Guns (our basketball team) will be heading to Junior Nationals at the end  of this month.  Wish us luck!  It's the first time that Saskatchewan has been represented at this competition.  Have a great week.

UPDATED FEBRUARY 18, 2002
Belated Happy New Year!!  It's been a few weeks since this site has been updated, but I plan to make some changes within the next week.  My midterms went extremely well, and I'm glad to be on the midterm break.  I will be going to Regina for a speech tomorrow, and then I'm returning to Saskatoon.  I was at a banquet for the Special Olympics a few weeks ago and had a very nice evening.  Thanks to Brenda for thinking of me!  Well, I must go train!  Hope everyone had a great Valentine's Day.
